The thought of dust mites make me itch! You may have heard that it is good to replace your mattress at least every 8 years...and your pillows even more frequently. But sometimes that is not financially feasible. So, for the pillows, toss them in the hot dryer for 15 minutes to kill those nasty bugs! As for the mattress, get a good mattress encasement to create a barrier. And remember to wash your blankets frequently (every 2 weeks) in hot water.Kill Dust Mites!
