Hello Everyone!

So...I had a beautiful baby boy about 5 weeks ago and I thought I might be away from the site for about a week...maybe 2!  I had no idea (or plans) to be away from this site for this long.  Being a mom has been wonderful.  Of course, not without it's challenges, including trying to operate on a lot less sleep!

In preparing for little Aidan's arrival, my husband and I have done our best to create a healthy home environment for this precious gift in our lives.  Though I am the founder of this site, I sometimes struggle with making the "right" choices within my own life that will be best for the environment.  Now that I am back, I will share my daily choices, struggles and discoveries within this blog.  I am not perfect, but I try to do my best.
